They land in your inbox with three tone-labeled starter drafts (apologetic, factual, inviting) so you're not staring at a blank page. Pick one, edit as much as you want, or wipe it and write from scratch. Nothing goes public until you press post. On Growth+ you also get an SMS the second a 1–2★ lands.
